a process that you go through

coming back – through the back door of your mind

on with your life – you only get one day at a time

a lesson we all go through
Nobody
else can learn it for you

a lesson that's borne out of pain

can try putting it off
Procrastinating
or being soft

don't want to have to ever look back
And
wish you'd been on a different tack

day to live - One day to love

day to give - One day's enough
To
find your way

have to pay

want to see another day

to your knees and start to pray

I don't know how long I got

know sometimes I lose the plot

try to see the other side

to practice being patient
